That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Account Executive with a strong sales mindset — someone who enjoys the chase and knows how to turn real needs into a solution clients feel confident paying for.
Your mission (in human words)
You help potential clients go from:
“We might need something…” → “Yes, let’s do this. Here’s our timeline and budget.”
You’ll be the person clients meet early — on discovery calls, in emails, in proposal conversations — and the one who keeps momentum until the project is signed and smoothly handed off.
What your days will look like
1) You sell like a consultant (not a script reader)
Reach out, start conversations, and qualify opportunities.
Run discovery calls to uncover the real problem (not just the surface request).
Translate pain points into clear, outcome-driven solutions using our services: learning design, animation, visual communication.
Move deals forward with confident follow-up and decision-friendly proposals.
2) You own the cycle — and the relationship
Manage sales from prospecting → closing → onboarding.
Keep clients feeling supported, understood, and in good hands.
Spot upsell opportunities naturally (because you understand their long-term goals).
Work closely with production, creative, L&D, and marketing so delivery matches what was promised.
3) You build pipeline like a system (not a lucky streak)
Research and define micro-segments in training, communication, and healthcare.
Design mini outreach campaigns (simple tests, fast learning).
Track responses and update CRM cleanly so we can improve the next round.
Use AI tools + smart prompts to work faster and think sharper.
The kind of person who thrives here
You don’t need to be “the loud sales person.”
You do need to be someone who can combine confidence + curiosity + structure.
You’re likely a fit if you:
Have strong potential (or experience) in B2B sales / account management / BD.
Communicate clearly and enjoy negotiation and problem framing.
Think in systems and experiments — you test, learn, adjust.
Don’t take rejection personally. You take notes and go again.
Like understanding markets and buyer behavior (the “why” behind decisions).
Your background helps if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree (marketing/business or related). Foreign institution is a plus.
Strong spoken + written English (you’ll work with international clients).
Independence, teamwork, and a “I’ll figure it out” attitude.
