We are recruiting a Business Development Growth Engineer with a strong sales mindset to drive revenue growth for F.Learning Studio.
This role focuses on converting opportunities into signed projects, while actively building and qualifying a steady pipeline through outreach and market engagement. You will represent F.Learning in early conversations, discovery calls, and proposal discussions - turning client needs into clear, value-driven solutions across learning design, animation, and visual communication services.
This is a hands-on, results-driven BD role, where success is measured by conversion quality, deal velocity, and revenue impact, not just leads generated.

1. Your Daily Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing.
- Act as a consultative seller, translating client pain points into clear, outcome-driven solutions.
- Drive deal momentum to efficiently close projects while managing and growing assigned accounts through upsell opportunities, and long-term client trust.
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Market & Segment Discovery: Research and define micro-segments in training, communication, and healthcare markets to identify buyer profiles and buying logic.
- Offer & Message Testing: Design test offers and outreach messages to run mini-campaigns for each segment.
- Market Learning & Insight Extraction: Track and analyze market feedback across conversations and experiments, then translate it into insights and recommendations.
- Early-Stage Sales Conversations: Run discovery calls to validate problems, uncover real needs, and help frame early-stage solutions.
- Experiment & System Management: Maintain CRM and outreach systems, then document experiments to continuously improve testing logic and workflows.

- Having systems thinking & experiment-first mindset, who’s not discouraged by rejection or failure.
- Strong curiosity about markets and buyer behavior with analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, has interests in communications and negotiations.
- Sales-oriented and good organizational skills.
YOUR skill and experiences:
- 1+ years of experience working as a Business Development Executive or Account Executive or similar roles is a plus.
- Having a Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, or relevant at a foreign institution is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written in English since you will be working with international clients.
- Flexible in work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
- Being open-minded, result-driven, and self-motivated.

- B2B sales and growth experience
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with email or outreach tools
- Background in training, communication or professional services
