That’s why we’re hiring a Business Development Growth Engineer - a hands-on role for someone who likes sales and likes building a system behind the sales.
This isn’t “collect leads and forward to someone else.”
You’ll own early-stage revenue growth through targeting, outreach, discovery, and conversion, and you’ll constantly improve the machine through testing and learning.
Success is measured by: conversion quality, deal velocity, and revenue impact, not vanity metrics.
Your mission
Build and improve a repeatable BD engine that turns targeted strangers into qualified opportunities and turns qualified opportunities into signed projects.
You’ll do two jobs at once:
Closer mindset: run discovery + move deals forward
Growth mindset: test segments, offers, and messages to build a predictable pipeline
What you’ll do (day to day)
1) Hunt for the right segments (not “everyone who needs a video”)
Research and define micro-segments in training, communication, and healthcare.
Identify buyer roles, buying triggers, and “what makes them pay attention.”
Build hypotheses like: who cares, why now, and what they will say yes to.
2) Run outreach experiments (small, fast, measurable)
Design test offers and outreach messages per segment.
Launch mini-campaigns (email/LinkedIn/market engagement) and track results.
Iterate: keep what converts, kill what doesn’t.
3) Convert early conversations into real opportunities
Qualify leads quickly: identify fit, urgency, decision path, and constraints.
Run discovery calls to validate problems and uncover real needs.
Frame early-stage solutions clearly enough that the client can make a decision.
4) Move deals to signature (deal velocity matters)
Own proposal flow and negotiation support until closing.
Drive momentum with next-step clarity and strong follow-up.
Focus on conversion quality (right-fit deals) over “more calls.”
5) Turn every BD action into learning (so the system improves)
Maintain CRM and outreach systems cleanly.
Document what you tested, what you learned, and what to do next.
Translate feedback into insights and recommendations for future campaigns/offers.

Communicate clearly and enjoy negotiation.
Are organized enough to run multiple campaigns + opportunities without chaos.
Experience that helps
Must-have
Strong spoken + written English (international clients)
Independent working style + solid collaboration with a team
Plus points
1+ years in BD / AE / growth / outbound sales
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.)
Familiarity with email/outreach tools
Background in training, communication, or professional services
